De vez em quando meto mãos à obra e exploro novas e diferentes opções para o que seria um jantar trivial… umas vezes com sucesso, outras nem por isso. Neste caso, não me saí mal: Linguado com Batata Duchesse. Requerer paciência e algum tempo, mas valeu a pena!

Every now and then, I roll up my sleeves and explore new and different options for what would otherwise be an ordinary dinner… sometimes with success, other times not so much. In this case, I did pretty well: Sole with Duchesse Potatoes. It requires patience and some time, but it was worth it!
